How to refer a patient

For a consultation for our multidiscplinary team, please send us the completed consultation request to the fax number below. Investigation algorithms have been developed by the Quebec Sarcoma Network for soft tissue tumors and bone lesions. If the reference algorithm is not complete at the time you wish to refer a patient, please contact us, we will be happy to assist you with your request.
